Pick a card......

After a few beverages and a good curry last night I woke up this morning surprisingly feeling good!

MrsT and L were out for a friends 4th Birthday party so I went out for a run. My 'usual' route I do is 7.3 km according to my Mapmyrun App.

I managed this ok but didn't want to do the 10+k run again so soon.

After MrsT and L came back, I took L swimming at Broxburn pool. We had great fun jumping in the pool and playing games. We were there till kicking out time.

Need to practice my card magic.....time for my next trick!!
