Kingpin!

Had a nice lazy morning watching cartoons in bed with L. MrsT had some errands to run so I took L to my brothers as he needed help to fit new light fittings.

He is decorating his flat and I have to say he is doing a very good job.

Cousin R was there as well so the kids played in the flat whilst we did the DIY.

After this, we went to my sisters as L wanted to play with cousins N&L whilst I nipped up to the gym for a quick work out. A 10k bike ride followed by 45 mins of weights.

Returned home as MrsT had prepared dinner before I took the FiL to MISC for some ten pin bowling. I started good with a 190 and a 181 before getting back to normal. Averaged 151 over 6 games so not too shabby.
