Don't you just love it when somebody who is supposed to be working in your interests screws up and "forgets" to mention that really important something?

Don't you just love it when they then talk to you as if you were stupid for not knowing about their silly (and usually irrational) "procedures".

Don't you just love it when they promise to call back - and never do?
