bright new day..

I woke up this morning in just a small amount of pain. Freedom of movement was increased a hundred fold....oh brightest of days!!!

I felt like a new man....even though I was getting twinges and some discomfort....I felt miles better!!

Its my lovely lady's Birthday tomorrow so it was all action to get things organised... some breakfast, for the morning....a little cake....cards and presents wrapped.... all the stuff that I haven't been able to do!!

Lets hope for this kind of weather tomorrow!!!
