Why is it
that you can never find what you're looking for when you need it?
I saw a brilliant set of photographs the other day, taken by a photographer who was getting really close to people using their mobile/tablet and taking their photo. It was amazing how close he was getting, without the subject noticing.
He (or possibly she) got some amazing shots, and I thought it might be a fun subject too.
Can I find the article now? Nope....
Still, as I found today, people are totally engrossed in their own little bubble when they have a phone. There was the woman that actually walked into my bike this morning - she was coming along the pavement towards me, not looking where she was going at all. I had stopped, as there's not really enough room for a person and a bicycle to get past each other easily, and she literally walked into me... Several people walking VERY slowly while texting, and then just randomly stopping dead in the middle of the pavement.
And this guy. It's freezing cold, the wind is bitter, and it's just starting to rain again. But he's quite oblivious.
