Just for looking at......

......well today at least. My Christmas present weighted hula hoop. Really getting into the swing of it now, but not using it today. Have just finished another 7 hours in the charity shop, this time on my own, and feel I have had enough exercise for the day moving heavy books around. Think I have managed to catch up, which will make life easier for my next stint on Saturday. (thought I had retired from work!)
Now going to have a very lazy evening and listen to the rain on the window again!
