Symmetry

I love nature's symmetrical markings on this beautiful sheep, but I hate the human ear tag. And I'm wondering why nature produces symmetry sometimes, but not always.

A solo walk today. I was musing about my love of nature - the world of the outdoors and all living things - and acknowledged how very little I know about it. I listened to Kirsty Young interviewing Ray Mears and felt in awe of his knowledge of the natural world. He would definitely be one of my chosen dinner party guests.

I was also musing about one of my other chosen dinner party guests. Happy Birthday David Bowie.
