Lavender flower heads

Had a sense today of things heading back into some sort of routine. Lots of things to catch up on. Judging by my physical state after walking the dog this morning, exercise is one of them. Sleep might be another.

For a brief period in the middle of the day, the sun made fitful appearances. I really liked the way the light caught the dead flower heads. Look forward to seeing the plants coming back to life.
