Dance like no one is watching ...

So back to the 5:2 routine. I have to say, I enjoyed the normality of today. Turns out, I like a bit of routine. So do the kids.

Although I love having them at home, they have been so wound up by Christmas, birthdays and so forth, it's time to restore some calm.

A getting ready day today - homework finished, bags packed, early bed. Caitlin still had time to put the music on and dance away in her brand new party dress. I love the way she has no inhibitions and dances to her hearts content.
