Feeling pleased with myself

Well, I did it. I got the gear on and ran. SD even spotted me out running, so I hope at that point I was looking agile and gazelle like!!

The getting up part of the day was not my favourite. I walked MP in a zombified style - didn't sleep too well due to the fact that I had to get up. The actual return to work was not too bad. Lots of hugging and "happy new year" greetings. The building was freezing though and I had to raid the lost property box for a fleece! Thermal vest and boots on tomorrow (sorry - maybe too much info there)!

I have resisted the biscuits and chocolates of the staff room so I feel quite righteous and doubly pleased with myself for switching off my computer earlier than normal and not bringing any work home with me.
