Silver Surfer

This is my dad trying out the iPad. Then he tried the Macbook. Then he tried the Kindle Paperwhite. He seems to want to buy a new gadget when he really needs to do a bit of work on his computer. He did buy a copy of Windows 7 so maybe that will satisfy him for a bit! I suspect that super handyman husband will be called upon to assist when that arrives.

One of the problems is that mom gets very frustrated when he's upstairs "messing about" on his computer. She used to do family background research but I don't think she would cope with that now. This is one of the niggles she keeps coming back to relentlessly so maybe wine the computer is repaired we might try and write her out a series of instructions she can follow.

Difficult to know what to do really.
