Happy new year!

Such a perfect day to end my time at home.

We started the day with a brunch of pancakes, bacon and maple syrup - yum! Even the skeptical Daniel came round to the idea of this combination. Uno fun, Frozen soundtrack singing and an afternoon of reading followed.

Before we ran out of time mum & I played a game of Scrabble, mum winning by a long shot! Finally we were joined once again by Dan & Gosia for an evening of Monopoly and watching the new Sherlock. Lovely company, great fun and what a brilliant episode!
