Reflection

Another very dull and wet day. The newspaper informed me today - in big headlines - that December was the wettest since records began. Wow..what an exclusive. I knew that from the state of my walking boots and the soggy paths in the park.
Down came theXmas tree this morning; most of its needles had already fallen off (NB buy a different type next year). Rebecca looked after this afternoon followed by an unplanned trip to pick up daughter and partner after their train suffered breakdown at Linlithgow.
In between all this excitement(?) I had a stroll along by Swanswater. Not too great for photos but the reflections in the water here and the outline of the farm buildings provided a better image than I expected.
