Nigella's (or Niall's) Ham

I've already mentioned the wonderful Bolognese cuisine but, despite this, we travelled to Bologna with ham so that Niall could make Nigella's ham in coke for Luisa's dad (yes, we made all the current jokes). It was a great success.
