Contrasting Weather

The weather really couldn't make up it's mind today in Cheshire. Hence the title. The 24hr news is overly obsesive with this "severe weather/flood/high tide warning" Maybe it is a British thing I don't know. My thoughts & prayers have been going out to those in the worst hit areas.

My son & I met up with my Dad & his partner A in Chester this afternoon (free parking after 3) while my wife was at work. We had a fab time catching up on things and paid a visit to the quirky world of Pylones (a very colourful shop that sells, erm very colourful things). These things caught my eye and made me chuckle big time, while my son P bought a pair of finger spies.

Weather got very wet 'n' cold on the way back to the car. And when we got home Mummy made some of her classic oven baked Macoroni Cheese. Nom nom!
