.....that will be the cross trainer!!!

I have eaten way too much, drank too much and dossed around too much too!! We booked our holiday yesterday......yeeeeeesssssss. We are off to Egypt in the summer.

I asked Big Johnny to bring the cross trainer in from the garage to the kitchen and well.......the kids just couldn't resist a wee shot!

My exercise for today were....... 15mins cross trainer, 5mins hooping and 15 situps! Tomorrow we will increase it ever so slightly and see how we go.
