It's more than a blip

Shower, sunshine, shower, and sunshine ... with blowy wind - today!

It is more than a blip because it makes me chant the well known poem written by a poet in Tang Dynasty, ancient China. Two of the lines read as follow, “东边日出西边雨,道是无晴却有晴”.

A good friend of mine gave the following translation in 2010:

The east basks in sensual sunshine
and the rain moistens the western side.
Hard to know if the day is fine,
Uncertain if your heart is mine.

It is very poetic and beautiful but I'd like to modify the last line as 'Yet certain that your heart is mine', according to the original poem.
