labyrinth

New Years Eve was spent next door at Ben and Veronica's, with other neighbours from the project, who I'm slowly getting to know. We were served a top notch dinner and the bubbly flowed to welcome in 2014.
We called in at Oonagh's after for a quick hello and her place was rocking with a lot of very jolly neighbours, dancing and hordes of children running wild. I made it home by 4, hubs was unknown - just sometime after!
I did a postnatal visit in Limerick and left Hubs in charge of domestics in prep for our gorgeous and much missed friends Tom and Ruth's visit. Hurrah.
We took them on 'the tour' which are steadily cultivating with each round of visitor/s. Keep coming everyone, the tour's getting better and better!
I think the Labyrinth is intended for contemplative, mindful , mediation type slow walking. They whizzed round laughing, which seems to me just as healthy an approach to enjoying the facility as any other.
Supper of beef casserole, roast and steamed veg ( beetroots, parsnips, swede, carrots, onion, garlic, kale) and roast baby pots - all from our farm (CSA - community supported agriculture scheme). Excellent company & food in our warm & cosy house - all was well for us to start the new year in Co Tipperary.
