Our Scythe - again

The rough grass for which our daughter gave my wife an antique scythe is currently seriously under water. Besides this is not the season for scything. Nor have either my wife nor myself practised the skill (and it is about 50 years since I used one in earnest.)

So the scythe is now an ornament in the dining part of our kitchen/dining room. Putting it up was a nice job on a pretty miserable day.
