Happy New Year!

Our New Year celebrations have taken many forms over the years, but for the last few we have shared it with Linton friends, Kate and Sandra and families. Great company, food and plenty of fizz....

The children aged from 7-16 have grown up together, and are firm friends. Alannah, James, Jack, Ben, Lois & Sam, this was you 12 years ago, before the others were born!

I get the feeling that things will be changing again - already the older children are getting invitations to other NYE parties and the novelty of screaming around each others houses playing hide and seek no longer holds the same appeal :-(

This was taken after midnight when things were quietening down again, (you can see the time on the clock) and Heather, the youngest of all the children has got the rest of us in thrall.
