Having a ball!

The beach was packed today - is it any wonder with such a beautiful day, 25 degrees and clear blue sky (apologies to all you folk in the northern hemisphere).
This is the netted sea-pool which is always popular with teenagers with lots of jumping, daring and bravado. This young man was with a group throwing and attempting to catch the ball in mid jump- he succeeded!
The open beaches were crowded, even at 6pm when this was taken, many enjoying an early evening picnic, or even fish and chips from the local cafe.
