More Turkey!

Today I finished off what was left of the turkey by making a curry. I found the recipe on the BBC website, and it was an Anthony Warrel Thompson one.
I have to say it was absolutely delicious and was a big hit in this household! Got enough for another meal too!

We also took down all the christmas decorations today, which was great. The house is now clutter free and back to normal again! Yippee! Some people say its bad luck to take down your decorations before the 6th. January, but I don't believe in all that mumbo jumbo!!
