In Focus ?

Family have all gone home now, but since it is still the Christmas season I have no hesitation in using this nativity scene as the subject for today's (Saturday) blip photo.

Took quite a few, but even though it is a very small pottery nativity set I found most of the shots were focussed on Mary or Joseph, or even the candle. This was the only one where the figure representing Jesus was the focal point.

Seems to me it can be a bit like that in life too. It is so easy to focus on all the trimmings of Christmas, including the spiritual ones, that we lose focus on, or even sight of, the 'Reason for the Season' - Jesus himself!
