Poised

We took advantage of another bright morning to go to Sizergh Castle for a wander around the gardens. We were joined for much of it by the castle cat who took its chance to jump onto my lap at one point, purring away. It was a day for wildlife with lots of birds at the feeders and the Dallam deer enjoying the sun on the way home, but I don't think I will get many chances to capture a nuthatch again so he is today's choice.
