This morning I was shocked to find it was nearly 10.00 a.m. when I woke up! Terrible laziness! The sun was shining too and lovely blue skies, so I wish I'd woken earlier so I could have gone out for the whole day.

I went out in the afternoon though, for a long(ish) walk. Under the foot tunnel, then, over the other side of the river, to Poplar Dock and back, which woke me up a bit and burnt off a few Quality Street!
