Walk Along The Canal

I admit it, I was pretty tired today. I got up early to take Jenni skating, and went out for a run. When I did get home, I was ready to stay on the sofa for the rest of the day. But Marie needed to get some shopping in, and it only seemed fair to help her.

We went to Tesco, and for the first few minutes, while the trolley was empty and light, I went over to the canal to get a photo for the day. The sun was low in the sky, and not really warming anything, but I had an idea that I wanted to try a "starburst" shot, and if I could get some good lens flare into it, so much the better.

This is what I ended up with. Well, apart from some cold fingers!
