Weather for Walking

Looks lovely but the wind was gusting up to 60 klms a hour (I know, small fry compared with what parts of the UK have experienced lately but enough to keep most people out of the water)

Balmoral Beach (my local) is a harbour beach and although tidal doesn't have the large waves and surf of the ocean beaches - hence this beach is very popular with families with young children.
