Miss Em's Spider's Web Cake

We drove through stormy weather from Aberdeen to Central Scotland for our next family gathering, to celebrate a Niece's Engagement. Our Great Niece decorated this cake. I really like the curvy web and the blue icing dripping off the cake.

After toasting the happy couple with a glass of champagne, we all had a taste of Miss Em's delicious light sponge.
