With an absence of "quality" Indian takeaways in Denmark, tonight I will be making chicken tikka masala. It'll be good, I've got popadoms and chilli lime chutney - can't fail.

Just watching an evening with Victor Borg on Danish TV - still world class humour. I was lucky enough to work with his personal chef of twenty years early in my life here in Denmark - remarkable since I loved VB as a kid (back when I played the piano, quite well).
