Nordisk Brødhus = Northern Bread House

This guy got a rave review in one of the national papers, so we thought we'd check out his bread. He'd nearly sold out of bread and was just starting on today's special - BBQ spare ribs. Everyday he announces the special and when he's starting it on his Facebook page. At Christmas he offered to cook folks meat in his big oven here (an old tradition apparently).

I think we were both surprised when I asked him for a photo, hence the rushed look and settings but I actually like the way this turned out ....after my usual playing in CS5.
