Mearns Kirk

Up early this morning to pack the car with all the additional rubbish that accumulates at this time of year, plus other stuff hanging about the garage that needed to go out. Then headed to the local coup to get rid of it all. As is always the case just after Christmas, it was busy even though it was early and cold.

As I had the camera with me I stopped at Mearns Kirk on the way past and had a wander round the graveyard. Mearns Kirk is celebrating its 200th anniversary this year (1813-2013). I have had a few attempts at photographing it, but they have never quite come out as I had hoped. This is another attempt, but it will not be the last.
