A beautiful sound

It does not matter what the material that is used, whether glass, bamboo, shell, metal or stone. The sounds that wind chimes make remind me of warm weather and a cool breeze. They make me think of springtime, sunshine and longer days. I guess because we do not really open the windows again from now until spring and it is easier to hear the chimes at that time of year.
Today was windy and while searching for a blip, I had opened the window in the bedroom and instantly heard the wind chimes. I was briefly distracted by a blue jay sitting on the branch of my tree. However, the minute I moved the camera lens towards its direction it took off. Therefore, it was back to the wind chimes! I enhanced the photo a little to add some color.
In other news, I seem to have the dropsies lately. I managed to drop a rather large bottle of clear nail polish on the ceramic tile floor in my bathroom. It shattered all over and stunk up the bathroom. Cleaning up was challenging since I had to get the little pieces of glass up before the nail polish started to dry and thereby gluing them in place on the floor. What a mess! I swear it was only hours later and I opened the cabinet over the sink and out flew a bottle of essential oil smashing in the sink. Another mess in need of a clean-up!
