Boxing Day Game

Late start this morning after a late night. Phoned Mum to wish her a happy birthday and spent a bit of time tidying the house.
Spoke with IB and arranged to go to the Edinburgh v Glasgow rugby match. Had a frog march to Murrayfield to get there in time for the match. Had a quick pint before hand before getting a ticket.
Started off as a good first half for Edinburgh who went in a point score in front. Unfortunately it started to fall apart in the last 20 minutes and after a few silly errors they lost the game. Still only 4 points behind going into the return leg on New Years Day. More photos here
Managed to get a cab back to Lothian road to go to the Hanging Bat, which turned out to be shut. Had a final pint in the Shakespeare while IB waited for his bus.
Came home to another Christmas day leftovers dinner.
J had been out earlier shopping in the sales and managed to get us something to wear on New Year Day. Also got an outfit for flip top. Can't wait to see what she makes of it. Hee Hee.
The night was finished off with a game of Formula D, which J won.
