Yummy Christmas Goose

Up early today to get the three bird goose in the oven. Not the best start as we managed to get the goose in the foil tray last night but forgot to try the tray in the oven. Managed to get it in after a bit of bending on the tray sides.
Breakfast / brunch of eggs benedict with bucks fizz before settling down to the full Christmas dinner.
This year its roast pots and parmesan parsnips, peas, carrots pot and celeriac mash, loads of pigs in blankets some of V&V homemade cranberry sauce and a three bird goose Inc. turkey, stuffing and duck.
J and her dad had the crème brulee while her mum and me had Christmas pudding covered in brandy.
The presents were opened just before sitting down for dinner. Got some new slippers, zippy PJ bottoms, a few books and CD, along with some money from J's parents and my Mum.
Santa also bought us a new camera after J flooded the other one on holiday.
The afternoon was spent doing not much before having cheese and as few other bits in the evening. A fellow blipper came up after putting his broken brother to bed for a game of Trivial Pursuits. 4 against 2 isn't much of a fair fight. Still we claimed a draw after J, her parents and flip top, via face time, won by 3 pie pieces.
