Finishing work

Our offices closed at 12.30 today. I was very happy to get home and remove my sensible shoes and stash them away until later in the week.

I had a lengthy conversation with someone at work about what was and wasn't appropriate footwear to wear at work this week. My view was that their footwear looked like slippers.

I did add that I had for some time now favoured comfort over fashion though and I might just be old fashioned in my view.

Mr RIU calls these my Mary Poppins shoes.

I say that you can't beat a Clarks flattie.
