Boxing Day Yoga

Today my knee has felt a bit better. Dared not to try kettlebell, so I did a modest start for Astanga yoga reharsal.

For me yoga is not at all a religious experiment, it is only one of the healthiest and best way to keep your body in balance and shape (if not counting kettlebell ;)).

As I think about the past year, from xmas to this season, I see a stressed times because of the unsecure feelings in my work, then fine solutions, and finally a huge new direction, really. Also a marvellous year with you nice and positive and artistic friends here in blipworld - am so happy for this hobby. Something has been missing, though, I had have stopped all kind of sporting. And now there was the trouble with the knee... I am happy as yoga felt quite good. Except for the knee, which is a bit tensed now. :(

A dinner visit today to my dad and his wife, as all their kids from all their families togheter. And four dogs. You can maybe imagine how quiet the visit was... And why I felt for yoga after that :).

Now been in sauna and having pancakes for late night dinner. Finnish christmas time continues to 6.1. Or to 14.1. So there is plenty of time to relax beside the christmas tree... I do it now and enjoy some chocolates!
