To Infinity And Beyond

Our plan today was to head for West Kirby and walk across the sands to Hilbre and have a picnic there. The signs were good, the weather forecast was set fair and the tides could not have been better. However NM was feeling a bit poorly with a bad cold so we settled for a walk around the marine lake at West Kirby. As you can see we were not the only ones who had the same idea.

Hot chocolate and mince pies at Slinky's followed our walk.

If the weather and tides are ok we will walk over to Hilbre on New Year's Day.
