Happy Christmas!

A lovely day, sunshine this morning, stockings, presents and family fun and laughter. With all my helpers, lunch was a success too.
It must be very hard for those people not so very far away in Bournemouth coping with floods and no power.
We have been fortunate, and this afternoon lit the fire for the first time this winter. This lovely cake came with our guests but will have to wait til tomorrow to be cut and tasted! The penguins are coming out of the forest!
Downton was good - now that 's it for almost another year!
