Christmas Eve

Despite my concerns, my flight went well today. I have now settled in at Mum's with cups of tea and dinner. I took a walk this afternoon to clear my head and was greeted by a big ball of gold as the sun went down over the horizon. As I walked back people were walking to the church which was lit up inside with a big Christmas tree and candles. It felt very 'Christmas Eve-y'!
