Crib service

Getting ready for Christmas.

A packed crib service at St Mary's this afternoon. C did not want to be dressed as a sheep for the nativity and made sure I was under no doubt. We sat next to Daddy at the piano and I wrestled with an octopus for most of the service.

The only time C was happily still was during the carols, transfixed by Daddy's playing and when the candles were all lit. I suspect that in future years C will be sat at the piano and not dressing up! The real tiny baby that was baby Jesus meanwhile was silent and lay quietly in the crib hmm.

Midnight service and carols around the tree latter and Happy Christmas one and all!!
