Wow!!!

My kinkon (kumquat) tree this year had a massive bumper crop. I picked a huge bucket and split it with grandma. Was cold and windy out today and I needed something to kill time in the house...what to do...what to do? I got a wild hair to make some Kinkon Marmalade. Turned out ravishingly great! Woohoo!!!! Zing!!! Took some leftover peels and mixed in some lemon peel and put it in a mug with some honey and hot water and...wowowowow!!! Just the perfect winter treat!

I know the pic doesn't look all that appetizing, but trust me...it sings. :-) Merry Christmas everyone!
