Christmas Bokeh
I think Christmas is the best time of year for bokeh, the lights just lend themselves so well!
Today was my first shift at the Gaol, yay! Unfortunately it rained all day, and so the plan to open the cafe and do coffee training fell through and I spent the day in the shop selling tickets. I didn't mind too much, it was fun and it was pretty busy despite the horrible weather. There were a lot of British tourists (because of the Ashes) who were pretty disappointed in our summer weather, but I guess that's what you get in Melbourne!
When I got home I had a lot to do - some secret Christmas cooking which took ages to do, and also my rental application form because we've decided to apply for the house I saw on Saturday. There's a lot to organise because we want to get it in tomorrow before everything closes for Christmas/New Year's, and I'm coordinating the other girls and getting everything together to send to the agent. IT's stressful now, but it'll all be worth it!
This evening I went out for dumplings with the girls - probably the last time we'll all see each other this year! It was a lovely evening and it was nice to catch up on everyone's news (and see Steph before she jets off to Cambodia).
Having had such a busy day, I didn't get a chance to take a photo until tonight so Christmas tree bokeh it is.
