A festive festoon on the wintry promenade this afternoon. This community art work is a wonderful added mileage ingredient to life in Porty. Note that the beach has also been given its Christmas manicure and there is a small flotilla of ships at anchor in the Forth sheltering from the impending Christmas storm.

In other news it was great to welcome home our our youngest son who arrived at Waverley on time at 1809 this wintry evening!
