Cheese Scones

These are my daughter's signature-dish cheese scones, which she managed to bake with only minimal help from her kitchen assistant (aka me!)

She uses masses of vintage mature cheddar cheese to give them real flavour and a generous shake of cayenne to add a kick and I just wish you could smell and taste them for yourself, but you'll have to take my word for it - they are superb:-) I think a few might find their way into my suitcase when I fly home tomorrow evening!

Once again, I apologise for lack of comments, but with each page taking about 3 or 4 minutes to open, you soon lose the will to continue.
