Tay

After a morning of tidying up loose ends for work we got the train up to Dunkeld. We walked the couple of miles to the hotel - this was the view westwards (upstream) from Thomas Telford's bridge as we crossed the Tay. It's an impressive river and was moving at quite a pace. Dunkeld cathedral is amongst the trees just behind those white houses, but I can't make it out - mind you, the cathedral is quite wee and the trees are quite big.

It was dark by the time we arrived, around 4pm. We had a very pleasant evening eating and drinking and watching something ....I forget what on TV. Ah, got it, it was Kung Fu Panda!
