Clemenule rhymes with Yule

The cake recipe was in a Nigella book years ago apparently but I've only recently noticed it.

A day later it still seems bizarre that all of the fruit (skin, pith, but not pips) is in there! A day later and it's still as moist and refreshing.

Wheat free and dairy free too! :)

Smiles today included a giggle with the plumber and a car washed by my Dad :)

Didn't start the day with a smile after the overnight ridiculous weather made me wobbly but at least I ended it with a couple :)
