"Our Early Morn Pilots" ...

...They didn't mind a bit when I walked over and asked them if the plane out on the tarmac was on their flight schedule for the morning - and, yes it was and ofcourse I as well, asked them kindly if I could take a photo of them both..(this was around 5:30 AM..)..

...Pretty good pilots they were and we hardly knew we had landed in Melbourne, the first leg of our journey home..

...We then boarded the 2nd plane in Melbourne - a smaller one, which only takes about half an hour to get home, and there we sat on the tarmac for nigh on one and a half hours (!) due to the Air Traffic Control in Melbourne having some problem with their system - and no planes could fly out, so by the time we took off we noticed every Airline out on the tarmac waiting for take-off, some I've never heard of and I didn't realize there were so many..but then ofcourse we don't have much to do with airports really..

...Yes, it was sad to leave the family as it always is for grandparents, we did have a fabulous time and last night another lovely Indian dinner out quickly with just April-Louise, Amber minded the other two for us..and Jackson, bless his heart came to the airport with Mum this morning at 4:30 - pillow and all..but he wasn't going to miss Nan and Papa departing until another day, hopefully soon...
