Kinda cheeky

I had another restless night and a banging headache most of the night, but I had a lie-in and lovely slow start. I found myself getting wound up again after I got up so I took a propranolol to get rid of the palpitations. I wanted today to be an easy day.

We went to the garden centre for lunch and gave Tess some money to buy her big brother and sister some little Christmas presents. Just before we'd set off I'd seen this photo of our friend's: Soap sniffing and I thought it would be funny to copy it.

Back home I had more fun getting to grips with the new washing machine and have spent the rest of the day wondering what the heck I have done to my lower back. It really hurts above my right hip and I am having trouble walking, sitting, getting up and well everything really. A few minutes sitting down and it totally seizes up.
Strange.
