Ratho at night

Had to take things very slowly today....I may even have sneaked in forty winks on the couch when everyone was out.

Wet and very windy today. Gale force winds are back and things being blown around the garden.

We finally managed to get the Christmas decorations out. When I was little they didn't go up until the week before. Funny how all the girls want to put the tree up - but as soon as the work starts they all have other things to do!

Quite evening in, although I received some surprising news from a good friend. When I told Mr S - he said "I knew that already" - when I told No 1 and No 2 - they already knew too! Hmph. I hate people who can keep a secret!

Bagged a quick blip on the way to pick up No 1 from her late shift at McD. I should have spent more time and a longer exposure for better detail, but the wee bridge overlooking the canal has no footpath - and no room for a tripod. It's a case of blip and run.

Having a little mulled wine now then off to bed.
