Auchmithie
'Auchmithie is a former fishing village in Angus, Scotland, three miles north east of the town of Arbroath. It sits atop a cliff of red sandstone conglomerate of Devonian date, approximately 120 feet above a shingle beach.'
Met Steve's brother Raymond and his wife, Maureen, here for lunch. They live in Stirling so this is roughly half way. Ray was reminding Steve that he, (Steve), had written a play in Latin when he was at school - so I suppose that dates him and no - Pliny wasn't a classmate.
We're now babysitting Finn and Ollie while watching a programme on 'Psychopaths', which is fascinating. I'm saving the last two episodes of 'Borgen' to savour at home.
Last week the caring, good party was adamant that they were not voting for inclusion in schools as they felt that different groups of children needed, and deserved, different provision. How refreshing!
